Ana Bagayan, Emiliano Ponzi, Red Nose Studio, Graham Roumieu and Nate Williams each had work selected to appear in the American Illustration 28 annual and Catalina Estrada, Andrew Hem, Marguerite Sauvage and Gordon Wiebe had work chosen to appear on the TRIBUTE web gallery. To appear in the annual, an illustrator must receive a majority vote or better from the jury. They must receive at least two votes to appear on TRIBUTE. AI28 will be printed in full color and distributed world-wide in hard-cover immediately after The Party on November 12th, 2009.
