Gordon Wiebe contributed a piece to The Lifted Brow‘s year-end World Atlas Issue. Artists were invited to choose a country and submit anything from a song, a piece of writing, a comic strip or a piece of artwork based on that country. Canadian Gord chose Canada and his piece, The Last Fish, deals with Canada’s depleting fish populations.

The Lifted Brow is a biannual journal out of Australia that publishes writing, art, and music. Each issue is about 260 pages and includes a CD. Other contributors include Douglas Coupland, Sage Francis and Bodies of Water.
