Emiliano Ponzi contributed canvas prints of some of his best loved illustrations to an auction benefiting Doctors Without Borders. The auction, organized by Sergio Cecchini, the Communications Director for Doctors Without Borders Italy, was part of the Internazionale Festival in Ferrara, Italy, which is also where Emiliano grew up. The event was a huge success, selling 25 prints in just one hour and generating interest from local press. In total, 6000 euros were raised for the charity. Thanks go out to the Deputy Mayor of Ferrara, Sergio Cecchini, Igiaba Scego, Francesco Monteleone and everyone else who contributed to the event's success!
