Catalina Estrada, Emiliano Ponzi and Red Nose Studio illustrated posters for the 15th Annual Croquet Ball benefiting the Penfield Children’s Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Croquet Ball is the signature fundraising event for the center that helps infants and children, both with and without disabilities, reach their full potential through education, therapy services and family programs.

Held annually at the Milwaukee Country Club, the event includes a cocktail reception, exclusive croquet match, gourmet dinner and silent auction, where guests are invited to bid on the illustrators’ posters. Past illustrators that have contributed to the event include James Jean, Josh Cochran, Travis Lampe, Frank Stockton, Jon Han, Ronald Kurniawan, Eduardo Recife, Pomme Chan, Laura Plansker, Sam Weber, Jessica Hische, Chris Buzelli and Chris Silas, just to name a few. Nearly $310, 000 was raised last year.

The 15th Annual Croquet Ball takes place on Saturday, September 11th, 2010.

The exclusive line also includes bags, umbrellas, water bottles and keychains illustrated by top international artists like Marco Cibola, Mike Perry, Camilla Engman and Pietari Posti, just to name a few. Magnet Reps will debut three new artists and more than 50 new lines at SURTEX 2010 in New York City (Javits Convention Center, Booth 341-343) May 16-18.

Returning with the successful lines of Bella Pilar, Catalina Estrada and Jenn Playford, Magnet Reps will launch three new artists and collections spanning everyday, holiday, bridal and kids from ankle-biter through tween and teen. The new artists add sizzle to the agency with Hennie Haworth’s prettily quirky art, Nate Williams frisky, folky looks and Marguerite Sauvage’s chic trendsetting renderings.

Catalina Estrada’s illustrations can now be seen on Helmet Dress helmet covers. Helmet Dress is based in Barcelona and seeks to merge the motorcycle and fashion worlds by providing original and trendy helmet covers. They are made of Lycra and polyester and can fit a variety of styles, including ski helmets.

Catalina Estrada is featured in Sweet Illustration by Eva Minguet and Josep Minguet. The book is published by Monsa Publishing and includes the work of twenty-two female illustrators with very unique styles and influences. Other artists in the book include Adolie Day, Camilla d’Errico, Tansy Myer and Yumiko Kayukawa and others.

Catalina Estrada illustrated for Playtime Paris. Playtime Paris is an international trade show boasting 250 brands dedicated to children, juniors and mothers-to-be.
