Charles Wilkin illustrated the wrap cover of the current issue of Deliver Magazine. The illustration also served as the opener for their feature article “Dare to Dream Green.” Deliver Magazine is published by the United States Postal Service and is the leading information source for marketing professionals.

Alexander Blue and Charles Wilkin not only appear in Taschen’s recently released Illustration Now! Volume 2, they are also featured in their corresponding diary for 2009. The spiral-bound diary opens flat and includes all national holidays.



Charles Wilkin just illustrated for the cover of the April issue of Seattle Metropolitan magazine. Inside you can see more of his work, a full-page illustration and several spots, in Hot Companies to Work For In Seattle.


Charles Wilkin illustrated for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards which aired last night. His illustration of Tennessee quartet, Paramore, was featured in the Grammy Awards program. The band was nominated in the Best New Artist category.

Charles Wilkin has designed a bag for Blue Q, the designers and manufacturers of decorative objects, eclectic bath products, miniature books and other artful curiosities.
The “Crazy Collage Shopper” is made of woven polypropylene and is available on the Blue Q website and at various boutiques internationally.

Bella Pilar has done a series of illustrations for Bloomingdale’s Holiday Sales. They appear as full-page ads in The New York Times with the first one running on Thursday, December 6th and the second appearing today, Thursday, December 20th.

Charles Wilkin will be showing in November beside Jacob Arden McClure at Applegate Gallery in Santa Monica. The collage artists have similar points of inspiration but express themselves uniquely with work that provides an appealing complement in a gallery setting. The show runs November 10 to December 8, 2007.

Emiliano Ponzi, Red Nose Studio, Gordon Wiebe, Charles Wilkin and Nate Williams were all selected for 3×3 Magazine’s Professional Show. Most of the artists got at least two pieces in and they won in either the advertising, editorial, institutional, book, gallery or unpublished categories. All the artists will be published in the 3×3 Illustration Annual No. 4 due out in early 2008.
