Eight beautiful illustrations by seven Magnet Reps artists were chosen by the recent American Illustration jury to appear in American Illustration 26. Appearing in the book (available November 2007) and website are Gordon Wiebe, Emiliano Ponzi, Graham Roumieu and Red Nose Studio. Appearing solely on the website are Nate Williams (2), Alexander Blue and Marguerite Sauvage. A great year for a talented group of artists.

This Saturday, June 2nd from 7pm – 11pm is the closing party of Shawn’s current solo show Tattoed Portraits 2 at the Shooting Gallery in San Francisco. It should be quite a party — the producers of Kat von D’s new Discovery Channel show LA Ink will be doing a casting call for anyone interested in getting tattooed on the new series which starts airing August 2007.
