RED NOSE STUDIO for GreenLaw Animated PSA that promotes environmental justice by holding polluters accountable From Chris' blog: "This summer I teamed up with Good Thinking, Tin Roof Marketing, Primal Screen and R.E.M. along with a slew of unseen volunteers, to create an animated PSA for GreenLaw addressing the EPA’s proposed regulations under the Clean Air Act that would for the first time set carbon pollution limits for existing US electric power plants."
