Red Nose Studio recently completed a series of four illustrations for an ad campaign for the upscale Norwegian appliance company ASKO. The innovative campaign makes the treasured clothing (and other washable items) the heroes, and Chris' 3-D illustrations were the perfect solution to translate the items from the illustrations to the product photography.
The advertising and design community in both Norway and the US has taken notice of the campaign and it has been written up on adcritic.com as well as in the Norwegian magazine Elektronikkbransjen. The adcritic.com article is available to subscribers only, and below is a scan of the spread in Elektronikkbransjen which talks about why the ad agency chose illustration and went in this direction. Adrants also wrote up a clip on it.
